Thank you Kati for your words, your vulnerability and openess. I love the way your posts invite space for me to reflect on my own experiences and see God's goodness. - From Holly

I love this, Kati! I love your reflections on God's sovereignty and common grace through something we often don't associate him with, like movies or books that we love. There were so many good lines in here too! <3

Kati, your posts always make me slow down and think, and notice the love of God in ways I avoid or deny. Thank you for sharing something so beautiful and so kind 💕

sometimes i find myself denying or avoiding it too, like “this feels way too good to be true.” and then i think…what a silly thing to think about the love of God. i’m so glad this piece helped you notice it 💕

That's so true, and when I think like that, I'm saying that God isn't in every detail, and that He hasn't got all of time and the world in His hands. But He does, and He has done so much more for us than we see

It's so funny that I'm reading this because I started writing a piece about something similar. God told me that if He knows someone likes bananas, and there's an especially tasty bunch growing in Guatemala, HE WILL GET IT TO THEIR GROCERY STORE SO THEY CAN BUY IT. That level of detail to me is insane. It's like God grew the fruit just for you. God really doesn't withhold any good thing from us. As a movie-lover this especially resonated with me. Thank you for sharing. - Bayley :)

oh bayley i love this! i don’t even particularly love bananas but now i’m gonna think about the personal and intricate love of God whenever i see them, so thanks for that. 💛
